I was reading Cornell’s website and it says
“Cornell University requires freshman applicants to submit either the SAT or all ACT scores”
Is this true? Why would Cornell require all Act, but only on SAT?

Until this year they required all SAT, now they only require all ACT. However, if you aren’t happy with your ACT scores and don’t want to submit them all, just delete the scores you don’t like. You need to contact ACT to do this and it is a couple month turnaround, but then it is as if you never took the test.
If I recall correctly, they also Superscore your SAT, I can’t remember if they superscore your ACT though.
