the last thread never confirmed this.does cornell (specifically ilr) superscore the act? This is really important because my scores would be two composite points higher

anyone have the answer?

bumping this up

I read the last thread also. It was kind of confusing since two people who claimed to have contacted the admissions staff had very different answers.

Anyway, unless one of you scores was much higher, you might as well send both. I think it would also depend on the specific college that you're applying to. For example, if you were applying to the engineering college, you might want to just send the one with the highest math score, even if your scores on the individual sections were extremely polarized. Just wanted to share my opinions.

i took the act twice and each time i got a 27 (sucked it up on a section each time), but if i have it superscored it goes up to a 29...im applyint to ilr ed btw

you should email admissions

i called and recieved a very vague answer...

does anybody know whether they do or not?

got an email today from admissions. they do superscore, but they also look at all the subscores from the multiple tests so if you bombed one section, they will see it.

wait does that mean i have to send scores from all 3 test? meaning i think i have to resend 2 of them since.. ya.. supered a 32 but it came from when you super from 3 tests..

I Called Them!!! They Super-score!!!

are you sure? i emailed them and they saidd they just took the highest composite

OMG this is killing me.
