I'M CONFUSED... I got a 31.25 on the last ACT (rounded to 31) but if they superscore I'll have 32.25 (round to 32). Oh poo, a quarter of a point would have bumped me up. T_T IDK if this score is good enough for EARLY DECISION to CALS.
Anyway, I'm debating on whether or not to take the ACT again b/c my last CR score sucked. My highest CR score was 29, which I got on the first test date.
Also, my SAT I score is crap (good subject scores though) so I'll retake that soon. I'm fairly certain that I'll have 2100+ the next test date though. still I would like to know if my scores for SAT I get superscored, b/c I got a nearly perfect score on the math section last time and I'm not sure if I'll beat that.
DOES ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE IF CORNELL SUPERSCORES on these standardized tests?? Can I call the admissions department and ask? PLEASE LET ME KNOW. YOU'VE NO DOUBT HEARD THIS ON THIS FORUM A GAZILLION TIMES BUT CORNELL IS MY DREAM SCHOOL!!!! I'M DYING TO GET INTO CALS FOR HUMAN BIOLOGY!!!DSFJKLDAJF JAK
HELP ME PLEASE!! THANK YOU!!! :)

bump!!!

adjskf;adjskf; why you no help me, CC???

I don’t think it is addressed on their web page, but believe that they superscore the SAT but not the ACT. (it would take more time with ACT & with 30,000 applicants even 30 seconds more on each applicant is a lot).

S and I were just ordering free score reports and the Cornell instructions say to send all scores. Just go to the application page and click on standardized test scores. See if this link works: http://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/first-year-applicants/admission-requirements

Good luck. S is taking one last try at SAT tomorrow to try to boost his scores.

i’m disheartened to find that they do not superscore ACT, only SAT. what an unfortunate ACT score… a quarter of a point more would have rounded me up to 33.
Not going to retake these tests anymore though!
