Does CSULA knows if a student accepted offers of admissions at another CSU?

Hello guys! I am a transfer student and I applied to CSULA, CSULA is one of my top choices. I also got accepted to CSUCI very early back in December. Since I didn’t quite know how the process works, I accepted my offers of admissions, this was unfortunately, not my top choice. However, I would like to know if I messed up.

I applied to an impacted major at CSULA, and I meet all of the requirements, I am even local to CSULA; however, I would like to know if somehow CSULA will be able to see that I have accepted the offers of admissions to CSUCI. At this point I believe it would be risky to call CSUCI and tell them I no longer wish to go there because if CSULA rejects me, then I won’t be transferring.

What do you think? Will CSULA be able to see if I have accepted the offer of admissions at CSUCI, and as a result, deny me admissions?

Thanks!

You can withdraw your enrollment from CSU Channel Islands once you get an acceptance from CSULA. It will not matter that you have already accepted CSUCI as long as you withdraw before the final SIR Date which is June 1.
