In addition to the admission application?

Don’t quote me on this, but I’m pretty sure Dartmouth doesn’t offer any kind of scholarships and only recognizes any federal, state, or local scholarships that require financial need to qualify. That being said, Dartmouth is need-blind for financial aid, so if you haven’t already, you might want to take a look at the CSS profile.

If you already knew all of that and my little tid bit was useless, I have no idea as to how to answer your original question = ).

Not sure what sort of scholarships you are referring to, but if you mean ones offered by Dartmouth itself, refer to this site: [Quick Reference Chart](<a href=“Fellowship Guide”>Fellowship Guide)

^Are those scholarships for graduates? I’m applying for undergraduate admission. Sorry about the confusion.

Dartmouth as well as all other ivy league schools do not offer any merit based scholarships; only merit based. In other words, if you get in, they will make sure you can go.

^I think you mean all aid is need based

And while we’re on the topic, how good is Dartmouth about making attending affordable? i know most of the statistics, but am curious how helpful they are form apersonal experience.

I’d say Dartmouth is great at making attendance affordable. I don’t know anyone who didn’t attend due to money issues, and they are quite generous with their aid. They made me a much better offer than any of the other schools of a similar caliber I was accepted to. :)

But in response to the original question, no, Dartmouth does not require a separate form. Just make sure to submit FAFSA, CSS profile, and IDOC. and you’re golden.

okkkkkk ummmm guys
i got a question. i know that the FA policy at Dartmouth is need-blind, but umm does applying for FA affect your chances of getting accepted??
i read the whole 2013 results thread and nobody mentioned whether they applied for FA or not so just wanted to ask hehe
(i apologize cause i should probably making a new thread instead of asking questions on this hehe, sorry)

Need-blind means that your status of applying for FA is independent of you admissions decision. So no, it does not affect it in the slightest.
