Does each college use the same formula?

I have ACT 35, SAT 2250, should I send both to college? Which one is considered higher? Does each school use the same conversion formula? Should I retake SAT if I want to apply Ivy?

You are fine. That is a great score. The ACT is definitely better though. What are your sub scores for SAT and ACT?

I ask that because if your lowest sub score was in Math on ACT, but it was highest on SAT, it would be advantageous to submit both. You will not be looked down upon for the SAT score because that too is a great score.

Congrats on your scores.

Yes, your ACT is higher, but Anonymous makes a good point if your ACT math subscore is lower than your SAT Math score.

Where will you be applying?
