So, I'm a former CAP student from UTSA, transferring into the College of Natural Sciences. I've already taken the ALEKS Math Placement for Calculus, but I'd already finished General Chemistry at UTSA and thus require no more chemistry. Is the ALEKS Chemistry test still required for every incoming CNS student, even if they're not taking CH 301? I'd hate to find out after the deadline....

No because the test is to see well prepared you are for chemistry which you no longer need it. I know I don’t need to because I am not taking chemistry.

yeah i’ve already taken general chemistry I and II, as well as calculus I and II, so i didn’t have to take either aleks test.
