Does Exercise really improve academic performance?

<p>Does exercising really and truly help your grades? Many people have asked and speculated this question but is it factual? In your opinion, do you think it works? How about in your personal experience? Have you ever tried it? If so, did you find the results favourable (i.e. did it work)?</p>
