Does family legacy have an impact on college acceptance?

Hey, so I was wondering, if you have a sibling that attends a certain selective college (in my case Yale), does it change your chances of getting accepted? And if so, how much?
Just if you were wondering, my "resume" looks somewhat similar to my sibling's except for the essays.

Does it change things? Yes in that you’ll probably get a second look if you’re on the bubble. It can be a slight tipping factor. But it can’t make up for anything substantively deficient. Schools like Yale have shown a slight preference for subsequent sibs and legacy children.
