Does foreign language matter for CS major?

I’ll be a junior next year and I’ve taken 2 years of Latin so far. My goal is to major in Computer Science or Information Security at a UC college like UC Berkeley or CalTech. I plan to take 2 more years of French so when I graduate I will have 2 years of latin and 2 years of french. Do you think colleges will care that much about not having 3 years of the same language if I’m going into ComSci?

Some background: Extremely talented as a programmer and for lack of a better word “hacker”. I want to start a cybersecurity firm after college. I dont really care much about the degree aspect of college since I’m only going there to connect with like-minded people and establish connections.

Schools like UCB want to see three years of the same foreign language at the minimum. Continue with Latin and look each schools FL requirement since some schools want 4 years of the same language.

UCs say that level 3 is recommended for frosh admission, even though level 2 is the minimum requirement. It is best to follow recommendations if possible to avoid being disadvantaged in admission readings.

Note also that there may be a foreign language graduation requirement at many universities. Completing a higher level in high school may allow fulfilling that with fewer courses in college.
