Does Georgetown favor the SAT over the ACT?

Does Georgetown favor the SAT over the ACT? My daughter had a 33 ACT with 31 math and a 1420 SAT with only 650 math. The 31 ACT math is equivalent to at least a 700 SAT math, so if they take the better scores, the ACT would be preferred.

I know they want all scores. this is from their Admissions site: "Georgetown University does not participate in the Score Choice option available through the College Board. Georgetown requires that you submit scores from all test sittings of the SAT, ACT, and SAT II Subject Tests. "

All that makes me think they would treat them evenly or simply take the stronger. But the Georgetown Accepted Student Profile, the most detailed I have ever seen, contains 6 pages of SAT scores sliced various ways and NO mention of the ACT:

Thoughts?

I’m pretty sure they have no preference, like most schools.
