So, I have never gotten into trouble except for this time. My yearbook teacher in 8th grade, she seemed to possess some kind of a bias against me. I don’t want to talk about it right now, but long story short, she did something wrong against me, I got frustrated and spoke up against her in an impolite manner and she gave me a disciplinary referral. That is the only time I have ever been in trouble in my school career. Will that affect my college applications? (Please not that this was 8th grade)

No, it will not. Colleges won’t even know. Even if they did know, they wouldn’t care about 8th grade. Relax.
