Does grading scale make a difference?

<p>Some schools use this(the one i attend):</p>

<p>A...........4.0
B...........3.0
C...........2.0
D...........1.0</p>

<p>and some schools use this:</p>

<p>A...........4.0
A-..........3.67
B+..........3.33
B............3.0
B-...........2.67
and so on</p>

<p>does this factor into the admission process?</p>

<p>I’m sure it does, but as it will not drastically affect your GPA (unless you get a lot of minuses, I suppose), I wouldn’t worry.</p>

<p>I don’t know, I would guess the schools would look at you with in your schools grading scale. My school does the first one, weighted for credit hours.</p>
