Has anyone gotten a definitive answer regarding Georgetown and superscoring the ACTs?

As of 2009, I thought they did not, but more and more schools are ACT superscoring now.

Thanks!

[Georgetown University- Office of Undergraduate Admissions](http://uadmissions.georgetown.edu/applying_firstyear_preparation.cfm) ==> Testing Requirements

Compare the language of Georgetown’s SAT and ACT statement; they have not changed their policy with regards to superscoring the ACT.

"Georgetown only considers the critical reading and math portions of the SAT, not the writing section. If an applicant takes the SAT more than once, the admissions committees will consider the highest critical reading score and the highest math score from multiple test sessions when reviewing the application.

Georgetown accepts the ACT in lieu of the SAT. Applicants who take the ACT more than once will have their highest composite score considered in the evaluation process. The optional writing section on the ACT is not required, nor is the writing subscore used in the application review process."

Thank you for that link.

If they only look at the highest composite scores then why do they ask to receive all the scores? I did really well on each area, but on three different test. My composite score is always a 31, but my individual scores ranged from a 35 to a 27 among the three test. Do you think they will look at those? Also, my science score is always the worse, do they not consider the science section (I hope?)

[Georgetown University- Office of Undergraduate Admissions](http://uadmissions.georgetown.edu/scorechoicepolicy.cfm)

“Georgetown University does not participate in the Score Choice option available through the College Board or the similar program through Educational Testing Service (ETS). Georgetown requires that you submit scores from all test sittings of the SAT, ACT or SAT Subject Tests. Georgetown evaluates thousands of competitive applicants each year for admission; access to your full testing profile enables the admissions committee to fully and fairly assess your individual strengths in comparison to the entire applicant pool.”

“Georgetown maintains a holistic review process with a focus on success in your high school curriculum as the foundation of a competitive application.”

do they accept standardized test scores from your senior year? also, can you send in both act and sat?
