I got a 10 on the essay. It's fairy suckish IMHO, because I didn't use very specific examples and I managed to misquote somebody when I did, but my handwriting was better spaced/more legible than other essay images I've seen and now I'm sort of wondering if that has some kind of hidden psychological effect on the graders.

Hmmm. I don’t really know. My handwriting is average (it’s not exactly neat, but it’s still legible). But I was rushing during my SAT and it might have been a little sloppy. I ended up getting a 10 too; maybe the grader got annoyed at me and docked points off.

@NFY lol that’s funny
@heather ABSOLUTELY. Keep in mind graders only have 1 minute to grade your essay, they won’t go back to decipher what you’re trying to say, rather they’ll skim over it and grade it based it on what they got. This is one of the scariest things for me right now, as I have terrible penmanship and even when it isn’t neat it is very slow.

haha yeah i think handwriting might have something to do with it. my handwriting looks like that of a kindergartner’s lol

No “if’s” “and’s” or “but’s” about it.
