<p>You don't really need it... even if you send AFTER the deadline (well, don't send it like 3 months after the deadline when people are getting decisions). They go through thousands of apps. Do you really think they check the postal date on each and every one of them? Hell no. They open one, put its data into the computer, and move to the next one.</p>
<p>I've already sent my stuff five days ago; I'm just wondering if they are not going to receive (take) it because it is an express mail (instead of a standard mail).</p>
