Had a b in grade 10 eng accelerated for FINAl mark. but for SCHOOL final mark. got an A. but my A is not on my trasncript since my school does not show school final if there is a the final Final lol. But my eng teacher who taught me in that course wrote me a rec, and under the "course taught and grades received: she put that i got an A," which is my school final mark.

will they even think she is lying

should i explain it? im worried about the B. im applying ed to princeton.

I dont think a couple of B's really matter. sure alot of people have 4.0 Unweighted, but one or two, or maybe even three b's won't SIGNIFICANTLY hurt your chances.

Haha, I definitely feel you. My B's have all shown up in one subject: math. And I've gotten them ever since second semester freshman year. That brings the total to 5 B's Princeton will see (high B's, but B's no less). Yay?

it depends on what kind of school you go to, i've averaged like 2Bs out of 6 classes a semester. So i have a bunch of em, but very few kids at my school have straight As and we have the most kids going HYP, so Bs are clearly ok.

i got a B in eng 10/11 honors accelerated, and a 690 for verbal and 740 for wr. but i did get an A in english in junior year... i applied ed as well. im afraid i might get deferred b/c they might think my eng is not good enough. B in grade 10 and 690.
