<p>ap scholar, no. A bunch of AP’s with a 4/5, yes; in other words the designation itself is worthless, but the test scores are a plus factor.</p>

<p>ELC is not too relevant to Cal nor UCLA, alto ELC’ers are accepted at twice the rate of non-ELC. But that is bcos of the extremely strong transcript presented, not ELC per se.</p>
