Does having immigrated so late help? and any chance?

Hi, I'm a junior at a really competitive school in the chicago regions.
I immigrated here middle of sophomore year from Korea, but never took ESL.
I'll just get to the point- would it help that I immigrated to America so late?

oh, also, considering this, could anyone chance me for schools like Johns Hopkins, Northwestern, UChicago, Wash U in St. Louis?...

My sophomore stats were...
3.80 Unweighed, 4.5 Weighed.
English level 3 (level 2 is the average high school college-prep course)
Algebra 2 level 4
World history level 3
Biology level 4
French level 4

EC/Sports were
JV track
150 hrs of social service at local library
French National Honors Society

This year, I'm taking- Eng lv3, US his lv3, Physics lv4, Pre-Calc lv4, French lv4.
and planning on wrestling and hopefully get ~300hrs of service done... and i also created a club.
Do I have any chance?
