Does High School Need Authorization to Include ACT/SAT/TOEFL Scores in School Transcripts?

I am an international student and I want my school to include my test scores on my transcript or at least send a score report of mine to some universities. Some colleges accept this kind of score reporting, but I am concerned whether my school -or my school counselor- need an authorization from testing agencies to do so? Or it is normal to do it? The school will just certify that my scores were accessed by the counselor and they are true.

The HS can include this info on the transcript. That’s not an issue.

And some require an official score report from the testing agency. Just make sure you follow the college’s instructions.
