I know that Howard superscores for admission, but do they superscore for scholarships?
@scholarshipfaq Howard merit scholarships follow the same score rules that are followed for admissions… Howard does superscore the SAT, but does not superscore for the ACT.

I submitted my common app application to Howard University more than a month ago and i still have not received any email on how to set up my portal account for checking my application status online. I check my spam folder constantly, too. I also emailed Howard 2 times about it. So far, no dice.
Any advice please?
@Premedinhs I can answer that particular question. Howard is the only school that my daughter applied to 2 years ago that does not send any student portal information until AFTER students acceptances are e-mailed. Once a student is accepted, they sent that info at some point right afterwards.
It was an issue for a few students in my daughter’s class because some students were pushed back to RD because they could not see that something was missing from their application since there is no portal to check and they didn’t notify the students until too late. If things play out similarly to the last couple of years, you will find out by email next Friday evening/Saturday early morning (12/13-12/14) the status of your application.
@ChangeTheGame Thank you so much for providing the information. I did email Howard admission office twice asking about my application status and both times they replied that my application package is complete. So I guess I will just wait another week for their decision. Thanks again!
