<p>What SAT II scores are actually significant in the college admissions process? For example, I know MIT requires that you take a Math and a Science subject test, but besides these purposes, why do people bother taking tests like USH for SAT II?</p>

<p>If the scores are significant (for whatever reason), can someone tell me the standard ones most people take? Or should I just try to take as many as I am able (that is the ones that correspond to my course curriculum in HS)?</p>

<p>People take an extra SAT to show that they are well-rounded in their education. </p>

<p>I’ve seen a lot of people taking US History and foreign language SATs.</p>
