<p>It actually doesn’t help at all. I know a guy whose brother was a super tennis star for Stanford. He had great stats but he didn’t get in even though his brother was still going there.</p>

<p>Yup they’ll look at your application and see that your sister went to Stanford - BAM you’re in. They don’t even need to read your application.</p>
