Does it matter if i didn't waive my rights?

Ok so on my teacher recommendation letters i signed no i do not waive my rights to see this and so on. I really did not know that it mattered really until I started looking this stuff up and obviously not waiving my rights hurts my chances. However, I am mailing one of these letters so would it be good if i went back and marked yes i do waive my rights? Would it be weird if two LoRs said no and one said yes?

Also, on the common app website it says i can see these letters unless: 1. the college doesn't save the letters post matriculation or 2. I waive my rights.

The college im applying to is Belmont University and the list provided by the common app says they do not save the letters post matriculation so does it really matter that i did not waive my rights since I wont be able to see the LoR anyway?

If you don’t want to waive your rights, don’t. And, please, please, please, don’t waste another second of your life worrying about this! Toss those babies in the mail and get on to the next thing that you need to be doing.
