Does it matter what year I take a class?

This may be a stupid question but it has been bugging me for a while...

I am currently a junior. I really regret not taking AP Bio this year (I'm in normal physics this year), but there's not much I can do about that, so I'll take it next year. Even if I did take Bio this year, I probably would have taken physics senior year. Do college admissions care that I did not take it this year, or does it not matter as long as I take the class? Of course, if I had taken Bio this year, my GPA would have been a little bit higher (a lot of my friends take it and I'm pretty sure I can get an A in the class), and it doesn't look fantastic that I'm not taking the most rigorous course load possible (although I will next year) as I'm only in 2 AP's and the most one can take at my school junior year is 3

Is this really anything to fret about, or am I making mountains out of molehills? I'm just a big worried because, from what everyone says, senior year is not as important in the admissions process.

I really don’t think it would matter, and there’s no reason to stress over it now. AP Bio is a sophomore class at my school, but I know there is a lot of school where AP Bio is mainly taken by seniors. Don’t worry! :)
