<p>Does it matter when I turn in my UC application? For example would I have had a better chance submitting my application earlier? Or it doesn't matter?</p>
<p>If it mattered when you submitted it, everyone would anxiously wait for the clock to strike 12 am on Nov 1. They review the apps after the deadline. They say that you should turn it in early so you won’t risk your chances if the site crashes on you at like 11 pm on Nov 30</p>
