<p>I would also like to hear some opinions on this...</p>
<p>But from what I know, I don't think it matters "officially." My neighbor sent the app in the night it was due and got into his top choice. And I think they call Nov 1-30 the "filing period" because they just simply organize all the apps, but don't start reading them until December. This is just my guess...</p>
<p>my ap lit teacher told my class that it doesnt matter when you turn it in. after they close the applications on nov. 30th, they randomize the applications so if you turn it in in the beginning, you might end up receiving the emails last.</p>
