<p>I was wondering if the UC's consider the time you send in your app. lets say I submit mine on Nov 29th...will I be looked down upon for submitting my app at the very last minute?</p>
<p>I know it is a good idea to submit an app earlier to avoid the crashes and lagging the UC websites have at the end, but I am just curious to know if the submittance date matters at all.</p>

<p>No, I’ve never seen written anywhere or heard that it matters, just get it done whenever you can.</p>
<p>I submitted mine at the very last minute last year and got in everywhere. Still, I would recommend trying to get it done with a day or two to spare, because the servers seem to crash every year at the end of November; they extend the deadline to make up for it, but it’s a lot of unnecessary stress (if you can avoid it).</p>
