In my case, I'm a junior and I didn't have room to take AP Physics this year in my schedule. Does it matter whether you take a class in junior vs senior year?

Also, what if I take physics and enjoy it enough to change my mind about my intended major in pre-med/comp sci? By this point I will have already applied to colleges and put down my majors.

As long as you take the class you’re good, unless you plan on taking higher level versions of that class(like going from Physics 1 to Physics 2 or Physics C).

It’s well known that American college students change their major a lot in college, so I’m sure that Colleges and Universities are well-prepared to handle such cases.

@somilgo Take the one that you will do better in Junior year, because your GPA that you send to colleges and transcript for colleges is only your 9-10-11th GPA.
