Does IU re-do your GPA based on their GPA scale?

Not to be a pain, but you already asked this question in another thread. More importantly, this answer is stated in many places in IU admissions materials and is right on the admissions Step 1 page…

Just like anything else you send them, IU uses what your HS sends them and consider it as they see fit.
