Hi.... does JHU accept all applicants hu show tht they can pay full for all 4 years of undergrad studies? I dont mean to sound offensive or nethin... just wanted to know. I kind of know such a case.... though i cant be sure....

if the applicant has decent stats ( 3.4+ ,1290+ SAT ) i think yes

No. There are far too many who can demonstrate this in the applicant pool.

No way... I did not apply for fin aid, I have a 1350, A average UW, excellent essays and I was placed on the wait list.

oops sorry, but some schoola other than JHU do it though!

Hopkins is deffinitely more selective than just accepting all students who have decent stats and can pay for all 4 years.

That's a crazy comment. Lots of rich kids with high SATs get rejected from Hopkins.

NO selective school automatically accepts kids who can pay full freight. FinAid considerations are considered for some schools, however, but only for the last few acceptees. Many of the highly selective schools are need-blind in their admissions policies.

BarryD what exactly do you mean by a highl SAT score?

"if the applicant has decent stats ( 3.4+ ,1290+ SAT ) i think yes"

Good job on just making that up.

this is SOOOO far from the truth
