<p>According to this page, yes. It is for international (non US citizen) students and there are limited funds available. </p>
<p>The real question is, what country is the student a citizen of. There is not a classification of ‘documented’ vs ‘undocumented’. If you, or whomever you are asking about, were born in Germany but living in the US illegally, you would be applying as a German citizen. Foreign students then have to go through a student visa process in cooperation with the college. Whether Kenyon has any special arrangements for ‘undocumented’ students already living in the US, I don’t know.</p>
