I am just wondering. I suspect it does but cannot find info to support that.
Here it is for Fall 2020: Incoming Class Summaries | Office of Institutional Research & Strategic Analytics
You can also see prior years’ history.
The last 2 years the numbers differ so much!
You seem very concerned about prestige and acceptance rates. If you’re not comfortable with your college choice I’d suggest either taking a gap year and applying to a new set of schools or alternatively going to Lehigh for freshman year and applying to transfer as a sophomore.
Not so sure, remember that Lehigh is increasing the size of the school, and of course 2020 numbers may be anomalous. https://www1.lehigh.edu/path-prominence/expansion
That’s what I’m concerned about. I know why but that doesn’t help.
I don’t think it would be beneficial, at least for me, to take a gap year, and I don’t know that I will hate Lehigh. Until I go there and interact with the students in my class I will keep stressing out like this. You can probably tell I am someone that is quite doubtful of things, and I believe I picked literally the worst school I could when it comes to that. This path to prominence thing is not helping and I hope the new admins try to make a better compromise between the long term and short term. I more then anyone want to be content with decision I made; it is literally debilitating to my well being and mind. I will go and I will figure out if a transfer is right while I’m there.
I think many students are in the same boat as you as far as feeling confident about their college choice. It’s a big decision and I absolutely agree that it’s hard to really get a sense of how you’ll fit in until you’re there.
I do recommend the prelusion activities if any of them are of interest. Gives you a great opportunity to meet kids with similar interests.

Hope you have a wonderful experience!
Thank you. The preLUsion program does seem amazing, but I’ve got plans this summer I’d like to see out. I have some health goals, programming goals, and a job.
