Does "Major" GPA or "Overall" GPA play a bigger roll in B-School Admissions?

Hey. I'm a freshman at Duke who isn't doing so hot grade wise. Overall I have a 3.35, but for my major (intended to be Econ) I got a B- first term, so its a 2.7. I figure even if I work hard over the four years at best I can get my GPA up to for Econ specifically is in the 3.3-3.4 range. Overall, I'm hopeful my GPA will reach a 3.5-3.6 when all classes are factored in at the end of four years.

With that said, am I in trouble for admission to top B-Schools down the road? I know this is trivial, but I am curious. I want to attend Tuck (Dartmouth was my undergrad dream, and sort of still is for Business school).

Thanks.

Major GPA is not even considered.
