Does Math IC matter?

I'm going to be taking SAT IIs and I was wondering if Math IC didn't mean much to colleges, I was thinking of taking either Math IIC and US History of Math IC and Math IIC.

I would recommend taking the history, unless you're not prepared for it. two maths is kind of yucky, and Math I itself is kind of yucky. yucky=looked down upon but not openly disapproved of.

Do your best to take Level 2 and USH.

Taking Level 1 and Level 2 would be outlandish and it may lower you score. The thing is that Level 1 and 2 are not meant to be taken together. L1 was probably designed for students who took some algebra and trigonometry during high school whereas L2 for students taking advanced trigonometry, precalc and other miscellaneous topics.

My point is that you don't show splendid math skills by taking both of them, instead, taking L2 alone would show your adequate skills at a higher level, this way ignoring L1.
On the other hand taking L2 and skipping L1, is important because of the curve. L1 has a really harsh curve comparable to Reasoning SAT Math's curve whereas on L2 you can miss like 4-5 and still get a perfect score.
