Does My Application List Seem Reasonable?

Hey, guys!

I just want some input on my current list of schools to apply to.

I am a rising high school senior and currently first in my class.
My school was just ranked #1 in the North Carolina by U.S. News. (Which is actually complete crap, my school is quite a horrible one... but I'm not complaining if it makes me look better. Haha.)
I have a 4.94 weighted GPA and a 3.95 unweighted GPA.
I have two years of running Cross Country and Outdoor Track and will bet the men's captain of the XC team this fall.
I am a member of my school's National Honors Society and National Technical Honors Society.
I have a considerable amount of community service hours.
I received a 29 on my ACT before studying (state paid for all juniors to take it... but didn't tell anyone until a few days before they administered it). I will be retaking it and taking the SAT very soon.
I will probably want to major in computer science.

My Application List and My Guess at Reach, Match, or Safety:
UNC at Chapel Hill - Match
NC State University - Safety and High reach for their Park Scholarship (Full Ride)
UNC at Charlotte - Very Safe Safety
MIT - Very High Reach (mostly applying just because my parents want me to)

I would prefer to stay in state (North Carolina) simply because there are some pretty good Computer Science colleges in my state, but I am open to suggestions for OOS private schools if you think they are a better match for me and have a quality Computer Science program. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or input of any changes or additions that you think I should make to my list.

Thank you in advance for your help!

rice university maybe a place you should look at!
