Hey guys, I am majoring in computer science and I plan on applying for transferring to a uc or csu this year. So the first class I took at my community college I got a C but it been a year now and I am averaging B+ and A. My transferable gpa is a 3.4 which really bugs me because if you take away the C I got my gpa is 3.6 - 3.7 which gives me a much better standing. Also that class is not part of my major and I will be taking a higher level class of the class I got a C in and plan on doing better. Will colleges take in consideration that my grades have improved and that the C I got does not represent me accurately?
