Does my course load sound like too much?

(3)- BioChem
(1)- BioChem Lab
(3)- Intro to Chemical Processes
(3)- Principles of Programming C++ (intro class w/ lab)
(3)- Physics 3
(3)- Psychology

The engineering class as well as the biochem class/lecture are what I think will take up most of my time. The programming and physics classes from what I understand aren’t super difficult conceptually for most, but are tedious in their own right and will require 4+hours of studying outside of class a week. I’m thinking about dropping psychology honestly, but almost feel like I’d be wasting money to be only taking 13 credit hours. Can anyone weigh in and help me decide what to do?

Forgot to add, but I also spend about 15 hours a week doing EC’s (research, volunteering, etc.)

Will you be a freshman or a sophomore?
(If a sophomore what’s your GPA?)

Sophomore, ~3.9. Got an A- in my both my previous Physics labs

Then you should be fine.
If you find yourself overwhelmed you can always drop a class before the drop date.
