does my last semester at a CC need to be full-time?

i started out full time, but may need to drop a course, so my load will be 11.5 units.

does it have to be full-time? yes, i am tagging but i cant find that anywhere in the reqs.

As far as I know, it does not matter, as long as you will still complete at least 60 semester units and you finish your pre-reqs, eligibility courses, and IGETC if required. However, if you drop the course, be sure to change your transfer update page and notify the schools.

No, you don’t need 12 semester/18 quarter units as long as you’ll still have 60 completed the Spring before you transfer.

thanks guys!! just got this email from a UCD rep =]

First, no, this does not put your TAG at risk, IF everything else stays the same and you meet the conditions of your TAG agreement…check back and look at the emails we sent you naming those conditions.

Second. TAG is about getting into UCD but IGETC is about graduation (i.e. meeting the GE requirements). Therefore we at Undergrad Admissions are more concerned about did you meet the conditions of your TAG agreement. IGETC is not a condition of admission. So once you are here, you can talk to your department advisor or a deans office advisor about the IGETC/GE issues.

Third. Your TAG conditions are to maintain your GPA above a 2.8 and have a minimum of 60 transferable semester units. The Dance History class is not specifically required and so withdrawing will not risk your TAG as long as these 2 conditions are met.

Fourth. We will ask you at the end of SPRING term to update your coursework and to send us official transcripts. At that time you will tell us your grades and any dropped classes….which will include your on-line dance history class.

Pretty sure IGETC is super important.
