<p>The PSAT is not used at all in college admissions. Don’t worry about this.</p>

<p>I didn’t take it and I got into Stanford. You could mention a good PSAT score in your resume to boost it I guess, and also you’re eligible for some extra scholarships if you do well on it, but it doesn’t affect admissions.</p>
