<p>They do if you want consideration for Honors College; Scholars Program or the Morrill Scholarship. If you go to commonapp.org and add Ohio State to your account you can see the supplement for this past year. Also just email or call admissions. They will let you know and it would be better than here on CC.</p>
<p>I forgot to mention that the Common App is undergoing a huge revision this year which will be released on August 1. At that time common app colleges (which Ohio State is one of them) will have to release their supplement. Many colleges are now posting on their websites essays questions which will be part of their August 1 supplement so that is why I suggested you call admissions. Good luck.</p>
