<p>You just click "Yes" for submitting the art supplement on the Common App and then specify "Music" and fill out the requirements. I think you need to write an essay, have a music teacher send in a recommendation, and put a 10 min sample of you playing your instrument online and send in that URL.</p>
<p>I'm doing that too, but I don't think you need to write an essay.
But you do need a "music resume"...it's all explained in the common app</p>
