Does Penn Care About Freshman Year?

I know that some universities don’t consider Freshman year, such as Princeton.
Is this true of Penn?

They don’t say. Your class rank matters. Your GPA matters. The level of your courses matter. So freshman year is not irrelevant even at colleges that “claim” otherwise.
