Does penn ever release decisions before April 1st?

<p>Ivy Leagues (I think) are mandated to release official decisions on the same day. Except in Cornell’s case… which is rolling admissions. But Cornell always seems to be the oddball ( ;</p>

<p>cornell does rolling for i think two of their schools. not all though.</p>
