Does Penn State accept letters of recommendation?

<p>Unless things have changed since 2010 -they do not take letters of recommendation for admission.</p>

<p>For regular undergraduate admissions, PSU does not consider letters of recommendation. See the FAQ section (p.2) here: </p>
