I asked this question at penn college visit the other day.
They said that penn superscores SAT but not ACT. AND THEN, they said like but they do take a look at the previous ACTs that the applicant took.
can someone clarify this vague answer?

I visited too.
They said SAT is superscored, but not ACT.
HOWEVER, they consider ALL of the ACTs and SATs you took if you apply.
Their website clears this up somewhat in the required tests section.

I think it says it on the Penn website that they consider your highest subscore from any test and any administration.

wait so which is it?! lol

Hi,

Does anyone have any new response from Penn admissions?

This unofficial webpage claims Penn subscores ACT: [Colleges that “Superscore” the ACT – Updated | The College Process](<a href=“The College Process”>The College Process)

I looked into this and Penn takes the highest subsections from all tests, but does not recalculate a composite score.

Hmm, I called up Penn admissions and the answer was ‘no’.
