does Penn superscore SAT

does upenn super score its SAT?

Yes they do.

what does that mean? ^

super scoring is when you combine your best scores (from all the times you took it) on each section for one “super score.”
example:
say someone took the SAT twice. first time they got 660 CR, 720 Math, 730 Writing.
second time they got 700 CR, 700 Math, 750 Writing. Their super score would be a 700 CR, 720 Math, 750 Writing for a 2170 overall

ah ok. But they still see the other scores, right? Or do the admissions officers just see your “super score”?

You would be referring to Score Choice; Penn does not honor score choice, so you have to submit all your scores.

To answer bangaboo’s question, I think they only see the super score. Whoever receives your scores at the school enters the super score into a computer and sends that on to admissions. This is what I have been told from a fairly reliable source. I can’t promise that it’s true but this is what I’ve been led to believe.
