If I am taking Physics B as a class with a little extra prep could I take the physics C exams or is it a ton of info to cover?

From what I’ve heard, Physics C E/M is a killer and it is not advisable to try to self-study for that one even with the physics B course.
Apparently the other physics C is supposed to be much easier to study alongside physics B…

Just to clarify, if you know Physics B material very well, and you also have a strong grip on calculus (both differential and integral), then self-studying for Physics C: Mechanics is straightforward.

However, self-studying E/M would require a lot more work and effort. It is not impossible, though. E/M is much more conceptual and requires a stronger calculus background than does the Physics C: Mechanics course.
