Does Pitt look more at weighted or unweighted GPA

Do colleges like Pitt look more on your weighted or unweighted gpa?

Well I got in with a 3.95 Weighted that would honestly be like a 3.3 unweighted (I even had 2 C’s :/) for what thats worth.

Colleges tend to look at unweighted combined with difficulty of courseload. However, the GPAs they publish (i.e. this incoming class had an average GPA of 3.95) is a weighted GPA. I dunno why they do that. It also depends on how your school does grading. When I applied, my school also send what they considered an A (94+) a B+ (90-93) a B (84-89) etc. to show how my GPA had been calculated.
