Does Pomona allow corrections?

Just found one glaring misspell on my Coalition essay to Pomona. My typo doesn’t affect the meaning of anything, but its right before a punchline/joke so I’m so sad that Google Docs didn’t catch it (it is a “taboo” word so I guess that’s why) but I’m more mad that I didn’t catch it myself :frowning: It was a final edit to my essay before I turned it in.

Does anyone know if Pomona accepts ED applicants to submit corrections? I’m hesitant to email them. And does anyone recommend that I even do this? Is it worse to send them corrections?

If it doesn’t affect the meaning, I would leave it. From what I’ve read, sending corrections for mistakes like that probably isn’t a good idea. Mistakes happen, don’t worry! I doubt it’ll affect your admission decision in any way.
